NTNU Programs
NTNU Mandarin Training Center, a subsidiary of National Taiwan Normal University, was founded in the autumn of 1956 for teaching Chinese as a second language. Currently, MTC is the largest and the most renowned Chinese language center, with around 1,700 students from more than 70 countries enrolled each academic quarter(three months.) MTC students come from different culture and language backgrounds.
They share the common goal of learning to communicate in Chinese effectively--some for employment; some for interests in Chinese culture and history. Many students have never learned Chinese before they enroll in MTC. Some start from intermediate and advanced level. No matter your motive for learning Chinese or the level of your Chinese, MTC will do all it can to help you make rapid progress.
NTU Programs
The Chinese Language Division (CLD) in the language center of National Taiwan University (NTU) was established in October 1984. Studying Chinese at the CLD in NTU is a great way to see progress fast. The teachers are friendly and professional, offering students a great learning environment.
Many students that study through the NTU program come out knowing more Chinese then they ever imagined!The classes and curriculum in every class are intense. NCCU Programs
National Chengchi University (NCCU) , located at the foot of Zhinan Mountain in the south of Taipei City , is one of the most prestigious schools in Taiwan . With an impressive backdrop and the Chingmei River running through its campus, the beauty and tranquility of NCCU makes it a perfect learning destination. The Chinese Language Center (CLC), established more than twenty years ago, is nationally acclaimed for our teaching quality as well as excellent facilities and instructional aids.
The International Building , in which the CLC is located, is set on a hillside overlooking the serene river bank. It is a well-facilitated modern building with six floors worth of cozy classrooms, a computer lab and a library, all equipped with good lighting and air conditioning.

All MTSA Program campuses are fully accredited universitites by the Taiwan Ministry of Education. Upon semester completion, all programs offer certificates of performance and attendacne to students for proof of their accomplishments. Our programs are designed to maintain the highest quality of education you would expect from world-renowned instiutions as well as allow you to apply for full credit transfers to unverisities back home.
