There are many colorful “conflicts” and challenges in my job, and counter-cultural situation is fascinating, and there’s always a new way to solve problem when I’m teaching. Since there are many possibilities in language and people, teaching methods can be variously successful as long as we are willing to try and discuss issues with students. Different kinds of achievement, that’s the reason why I love my job."
